Stabilus S.A. / Key word(s): Change of Personnel Stabilus S.A.: Chief Executive Dietmar Siemssen to leave the company at his own request - Supervisory Board Chairman Dr. Stephan Kessel to act as interim CEO Luxembourg, Koblenz, July 9, 2018 - Dietmar Siemssen, Chief Executive of Stabilus S.A., is to leave the Stabilus S.A. Management Board at the end of the 2018 business year. He leaves the company at his own request. The Supervisory Board on Monday evening accepted his request and expresses its gratitude to Dietmar Siemssen for the many years in which he has contributed to the success of Stabilus. In the coming days, Supervisory Board Chairman Dr. Stephan Kessel will switch to the Management Board of Stabilus S.A. and take on the role of CEO in an interim capacity effective August 1, 2018, until a successor to Mr. Siemssen is found and appointed. During this time, his mandate on the Supervisory Board will be temporarily suspended. The Supervisory Board has decided to co-opt the former Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Udo Stark, as member of the Supervisory Board, it is intended to appoint him as Chairman of the Supervisory Board. The Supervisory Board has initiated a search for a new CEO. At such time Stephan Kessel will resume his Supervisory Board position and Udo Stark's mandate will terminate accordingly. # End of ad hoc announcement #
